Welcome to The Siesta Guest House

We've moved and although we are no longer renting our Guesthouse as a vacation rental, we are now renting out all three units:

• The House - Available the 14th of February
• The Studio Apartment - Available Now
• The One Bedroom Apartment - Available the 23rd of March

All three units are located on the west edge of downtown within walking distance of the bus and only a few miles from campus. Street parking for the studio and the apartment. Off street parking for the house. All Three units share the backyard pictured which includes a chicken coop (you can have chickens!), wonderful garden with great soil, a picnic table, and a fire pit with outdoor seating.

The House

Nearly 1000 sq ft two bedroom home for rent. Beautiful red oak hardwood floors. Living room/dining room, large kitchen with brand new stove, one full bath on main floor, one half bath upstairs, laundry room, and pantry. New tile floors. Laundry hook ups (staking unit, gas dryer). Has a few cute built ins and lots of closet space. Off street carport parking. Lovely backyard with a garden and chicken coop.

Pets on a case by case basis. $1200 a month with $1200 deposit. Six month lease then month to month (negotiable). We pay water, garbage, and electricity. You pay gas which is your heat, dryer (if you have one), and stove.

The Studio Apartment

Super cute ground floor studio with a full kitchen and a full bath. It super chic and completely renovated. The studio opens up to a lovely backyard with tons of outdoor seating.

The studio has a lovely gas stove, brand new fridge, and plush carpet. We pay garbage, electricity and water. You pay gas which is your stove, hot water, and heat. It runs $14-$40 depending on the time of year.

$550 monthly rent with a $550 deposit. Six month lease then month to month rental.

Pets on a case by case basis.

(The studio is currently furnished as pictured and all furniture is for sale. The studio also now has a full fridge and not the tinyone pictured)

The One Bedroom Apartment

One bedroom apartment for rent. It is the top floor of a two story duplex. Small kitchen with stove (fantastic 3 year old gas stove!) and fridge. All brand new windows. Clean and bright. Access to a lovely landscaped back yard. Definitely quirky bathroom but otherwise super cute.

Water, garbage, and electricity included. You pay your own gas (for stove, hot water, and heat).

We will allow one kitty.

Available March 23rd on a six month lease then month to month (negotiable). $550 a month for rent, $550 deposit.
